Take a medium sized wok and heat the oil, throw in the broccoli and peanuts and stir on high heat (approx. 2 minutes)
Throw in a splash of water for additional steam to cook the broccoli, stir again
Although you can eat the zucchini noodles raw as well, but if you are cooking them, they just need to be jolted with heat. Throw in the noodles, season and take it out on a serving plate/dish immediately.
If you leave the noodles in for long, they will start to sweat.
Note: To be made and eaten immediately
Blue Cheese Sauce
Ingredients (Makes about 150 ml of sauce)
150 ml Double cream
50 gm. (2 oz.) Blue cheese
½ tsp. Garlic powder
Your favorite vegetable (Steamed, boiled or grilled)
Warm cream in a small pan, when just about boiling, add the cheese and stir until it has melted and the mixture has homogenized.
Add seasoning and garlic powder according to taste
I sprinkled some sea salt on steamed broccoli and generously poured the sauce before eating.
