Drain sweet corn from the tin and reserve about ¼ of the liquid. In a medium sized bowl combine sweet corn, tin water, flour, corn flour, spices and condiments. Stir well to make a thick batter. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
In the mean time heat oil in a frying pan, take out the batter from the refrigerator spoon out the mixture with a tablespoon and gently lay down in the frying pan. Try and manage a round shape with a spoon and let cook for about 2 minute each side or until they are golden brown.
Feel free to serve with mint chutney, ketchup or any other sauce of your choice. Serve and eat immediately.
