Cumin Spiced Roasted Okra
Ingredients (Serves 1)
125 gm Okra
2 tbsp. Olive oil
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Dried oregano
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
Wash and dry the Okra. Cut the edges and then split lengthwise. Take out the seeds with a teaspoon and put all of them in a medium sized pan.
Dress with olive oil, salt, paprika, oregano and cumin and mix well
Spread out in a baking/roasting dish, making sure that none of them coat each other.
Bake in a pre-heated oven 200 C (400 F) for 6 minutes; take out the dish, flip sides and bake again for 6 minutes.
