Date and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients (Serves 2)
3 Medium sized bananas (Sliced and frozen)
8 Dates (pitted and soaked in warm water)
½ cup Milk (Lo-fat can be used as well)
6-7 Ice cubes

Slice the bananas and freeze them for a minimum of four hours.
When ready to prepare smoothie, soak pitted dates in warm water, drain water after 5 minutes and put the dates in the blender along with bananas, milk and ice cubes.
Blitz well, pour in glass, drizzle with toffee sauce and slurp away.
