Grilled Peaches and Halloumi
Ingredients (Serves 1 Sexy)
1 Peach (Quartered)
Sliced Halloumi (3 Slices)
Handful of pistachios
Mint leaves
Maple syrup
Pepper
Pakrika
Method
Heat a griddle pan, and brush some oil onto the pan
Put the halloumi and peach slices on the griddle pan once very hot and let them sear. Approximately a minute each side. Switch sides and repeat.
Arrange them on a platter, sprinkle pistachios and mint leaves, drizzle maple syrup and speckle pepper and paprika.
Ready to dig in!
