Combine everything in a medium sized bowl except for the raisins. Mix well and resist the urge to dig in and take a bite. Tip the mixture on a baking tray, spread it around and bake in a pre-heated oven 180 C (350 F) for 30-35 minutes. Stir the mixture halfway through baking time. The mixture will crisp up more and clump together once it is done.
Once cool add the raisins and store in an airtight jar.
This can store up to two weeks in an airtight jar although better to refrigerate to prolong storage time.
