Nutella Brownies
Ingredients (Makes 8 Chunky Brownies)
4 Eggs
1 cup Nutella (Slightly warmed)
1 tsp. Vanilla Essence
½ cup chopped walnuts
Method
In a large bowl, beat eggs until light, foamy and double in size (approximately 5-7 minutes).
Pour in the slightly warmed Nutella and vanilla and stir with a spatula until just about mixed.
Make sure not to beat the air out completely, of the whipped eggs.Stir in chopped walnuts
Tip the mixture in a parchment-lined pan and bake in a preheated oven (180 C) for about 35 minutes.
