Combine the flour, egg and Nutella in a large bowl and mix well. The mixture will be like thick dough
Divide the mixture in ten large balls. You can divide into smaller potions also; however make sure it’s an even numberRoll the dough in your hand and flatten on a board, and transfer on a greaseproof paper lined baking sheet.
Take a tablespoon of the chilled Nutella and spoon in the middle of the cookie dough.Top with a similar flattened dough discContinue until the mixture finishes
Bake in a 180 C (350 F) pre-heated over for about 15 minutes. The cookies would be slightly soft to touchLet cool and transfer onto a plate until ready to munch in.
They can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
