½ cup Pineapple juice (Orange or apple juice sits well too)
2 oz. (50 gm) Melted chocolate
1 bar (40 gm.) Kit Kat chocolate (roughly chopped)
Combine chia seeds, coconut cream and pineapple juice in a bowl, and stir well. Put this bowl in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours before serving it.
In the meantime melt chocolate and chop the Kit Kat and set aside.
Once chilled fill up your serving cups halfway through with the pudding, spoon in melted chocolate and half of your chopped Kit Kat, spoon up some more pudding and give a final dollop of melted chocolate and sprinkle of chopped Kit Kat. Make your friends’ cup the same way, sit together, eat and enjoy.
