Take a small ovenproof bowl that can snugly fit in your wrap. Lightly grease it and fit in your wrap, do not worry if you see any folds – that adds to the curves of the basket.
Bake in a pre-heated oven 180 C (325 F) for about 15 minutes, keeping a close eye, lest the edges start to burn.
Once crisp, gently take the basket out and let it cool.
In the mean time prepare your prawns, slice the avocado and shred the green leaves. Put the green lettuce leaves, avocado in the basket and once the prawns are done, tip them in the basket along with the sauces that were released during baking.
To be eaten at once. Baskets can be prepared in advance and stored in an airtight box for future use.
