I know for a fact that amongst the limited audience I have, my fan following does consist of young lads who are living independently, have to cook themselves and insist on eating well too. New to work, studies or even kitchen they are busy young men, and obviously in search of jobs, girls or quick fix meals.
And then there are some mums who work like headless chickens all day, and come back home to demanding children and husbands hence have limited time (and mind) to fret in the kitchen and prepare a pleasant wholesome dinner experience.
And then the stay at home mums (who often work harder than their 9-5 counterparts) who are now at their wits’ end trying to think of new and easy food items, which require less effort but create the required oomph.
Thanks to ‘Master Chef’ series on the tube, there is the young crop of chefs also, who are discovering culinary skills and want to experiment in the kitchen and create lovely little delicacies to impress their friends and parents.
So here I am, trying to cater to all genders and age group putting forth a one pot creamy fettuccine. Spiced and herbed this flat noodle pasta, slowly unfolds into one of the creamiest, buttery pasta you have ever eaten. Cooked in less than 20 minutes this ready to eat concoction is comfort food when alone and a party hit when entertaining a crowd.
Hitting off last week with Mug Brownie here is convenient, easy and quick one-pot pasta
