So life has strange ways of pulling your leg. Some freaky experience, some gory details, some frenetic existence, some super natural associations, some frisky exits and some humane entries. It is only but natural to feel over whelmed, discouraged, emotional, downright crass or exhilarated. No matter what, this leg pulling always gets the better of you – either leaves you a few inches taller or some inches shorter – and that space really is what you call ‘experience.’
This leg pulling always comes unannounced (like Lahori guests) and either whacks you or backs you (again like Lahori guests). Today in the early hours of dawn I was pleasantly surprised by a humane entry, an element that I had striked off completely only to be convinced completely that life brings certain things or people back in your life, if they truly belong to you!
Celebrating this little experience I decided to whip together a stack of Ricotta pancakes, an exhilarating experience of its own. Moist, custard-like interior, wonderfully thick and beautifully yellow they are best eaten as soon as they are made.
