1 cup previously cooked White rice (feel free to substitute with brown rice)
2 Turkey slices
2 tbsp. Black olives (Pitted, sliced)
A handful of Salted cashew nuts
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Black pepper
½ tsp. Red chilli flakes
½ tsp. Soy sauce
½ tbsp. Oyster sauce
Heat oil in wok, and break an egg, scramble it gently and throw in the rice, thinly sliced turkey, and olives. Stir well and then tip in all the seasoning. Stir around again a couple of times, add the nuts just before serving.
Take out the rice in a bowl, grab some chopsticks (spoon for me), sit down on your comfy couch and dig in.
